Effective 11 May 2025, TCRA’s registry now emails authorization/transfer codes directly to registrants. These transfer code is no longer visible to registrars like ourselves. The transfer codes are valid for 14 days and can be requested directly through your client area. We recommend all .TZ domain owners to;
- All customers — Verify your registrant contact email is correct and accessible.
- Resellers — Set registrants to your end customer, not yourself.
- All .tz domain holders — Ensure you are listed as the registrant directly with your registrar.
To request a transfer code, log into your client area - manage domains - select your specific domain - and click on Send EPP Code on the left menu like the screenshot below.
